I am VERY intersted in this phenomenon. I have been building Tesla Coils in an attempt to create a standing scalar wave with radiated RF for about the last year. I did not realize this effect works on non conducting objects.

i've only just heard about the hutchison effect i'm going to be studying a-level physics and will definitely mention this to my teachers i'm eager to find out more

Amazing to see the capabilities and possibilities. Now if we can just get past the hindrances of "power" and "capital" to develop this technology as well as his work (as well as the work of countless others) with zero-point energy we may be able to take the next step for humankind.
