The Space Technology Applications International Forum (STAIF) 2006 Conference was held at the Albuquerque Hilton from 13 Feb through 16 Feb 2006. I attended the sessions that were part of the 3rd Symposium on New Frontiers, and chaired session F.02. My unofficial meeting minutes of the symposium follow and in some cases I have abbreviated the paper authorship and/or titles.
