Wired calls him "The Linus Torvalds of Antigravity", but NASA still won't return his calls. Since the birth of American Antigravity in 2002, Tim has been featured on a multitude of television networks, such as Nippon TV and the BBC, as well as extensively covered in print by sources as diverse as Wired Magazine and Jane's Defense Weekly.

STAIF 2006 Presentation Overview

Dr. Franklin Felber created a stir at STAIF 2006 with a new solution for Einstein's General Relativity that predicts an acceleration effect created by the approach of a rapidly-moving gravitational field. This PDF presentation contains the speaking notes & diagrams used in Felber's presentation, which outline the concept behind this revolutionary interpretation of what was thought to be well-known physics!

During his 30 year career, Dr. Felber has led physics research and development programs for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Department of Energy and Department of Transportation, the National Institute of Justice, National Institutes of Health, and national laboratories.  Dr. Felber is currently serving as vice president of Starmark, which he co-founded in 1987, where one of his current projects is leading an Air Force program to boost the x-ray power output of the Saturn Accelerator at Sandia National Laboratories.

Dr. Felber has published more than 100 papers and abstracts and more than 100 classified reports in: pulsed power; plasma physics; survivability; optical, seeker, and ultrasound sensors; generation, propagation, and effects of microwave, laser, and particle beams and hypervelocity projectiles; interactions of optical radiation with systems and materials; ballistic missile defense; nonlinear optics; accelerator and beam physics; nuclear fusion; applied mathematics and computations; and relativity theory.
