Wired calls him "The Linus Torvalds of Antigravity", but NASA still won't return his calls. Since the birth of American Antigravity in 2002, Tim has been featured on a multitude of television networks, such as Nippon TV and the BBC, as well as extensively covered in print by sources as diverse as Wired Magazine and Jane's Defense Weekly.

The Nazi-Bell & The Philadelphia Experiment

During the course of researching his best-selling book, "The Hunt for Zero Point", Nick Cook stumbled upon World War II era evidence for a secret Nazi Weapon that came to be known as the "Nazi Bell" device. This device was constructed by a scientific team reporting to SS General Hans Kammler under a veil of secrecy even deeper than that of the Nazi nuclear research.

While Cook's research yielded little information about the specific design or application of the Nazi Bell device, his sources indicated that it apparently was able create a variety of startling effects on nearby objects. It has been speculated that the Bell device was designed to use high-speed counter-rotating components filled with specialized materials and energized by electromagnetic energy to induce "torsion" effects and thus control gravity and other significant effects.

John Dering, a physicist specializing advanced directed energy, nonlinear electrodynamics and new energy sources, speculates that the German WW-II research was intended to create a powerful propulsion effect by engineering application of Einstein's Unified Field Theory equations. Within the 1929 version of the Einstein UFT equations a linkage is found between the "vector magnetic potential" and Torsion. Put simply, in the Unified Field Theory the effects of curved space-time can locally offset by creating Torsion. Thus electromagnetic interactions are harnessed to induce torsion, which in turn can then null out gravitation. This astounding possibility for gravity control is not predicted in either the special or general relativity theories and appears only in the Unified Field equations. Thus, a sort of counteraction to gravity or "antigravity" field would be the result. The heavy-duty concrete construction of the test-rig at the Wenceslas Mine, complete with heavy steel mounting-rings, bears witness to the massive scale of the forces that the research produced...from a theory developed by Einstein himself.

After reading your latest articles several things seemed to come together for me. I am hoping I can relay it into words that are comprehendable to you since I am not that good at getting my meaning across at times. To begin with, it must be pointed out that all matter has oscillation frequency that is detectable. For the human eyes to perceive, certain oscillations that exists in photons must exists for the eyes to detect it. Same thing for the human ears. Not only can humans detect specific oscillations, they are also capable of creating them. Lets look at the microwave oven. It cooks food by creating oscillations within the microwave frequency that are amplified and transfered to the food in the oven. The oscillations create friction between the molecules of the food. This is basic technology today. Lets kick that around a bit and apply it to gravity. Gravity is another oscillation with its own frequency that in turn oscillates other molecules in matter. Its due to cause and effect on surrounding molecules. Now on to the next step.
I believe Mr. John Hutchison happened upon a harmonics affect by using electricity and oscillation. Harmonics is the effect of two or more frequencies or oscillations creating a seperate and distinguishable oscillation.
Then I recalled what Bob Lazar had stated about something he maintains he had worked with and that was an element that has too short a half-life to exist very long. If I recall correctly it was element 115 of the periodic table. Since this element cannot in fact exists for any reasonable time perhaps its oscillation frequency could be duplicated by artificial means. I believe this is what Bob referred to and not the physical element itself but its duplicated oscillation. When amplified it may present a means for other physical matter to interact with it and a possible anti-gravity effect. It may take a harmonics effect to actually create the same osciallation that element 115 would create but in effect the oscillation and the frequency would in theory exist.
Since I am not privy to know what oscillation or frequency that element 115 would have, I have no means of testing this theory. But given several facts from experiments performed by John Hutchison, John Dering, James F. Corum, The Philadelphia Experiment, The Nazi-Bell, Bob Lazar and other distinguishable scientists I believe that to be the key to anti-gravity experimentation. Element 115 is not the 'safe zone' but the oscillations or frequency that it produces are when amplified.
Thank you for the time on reading this thesis presentation by me. The reason I present this to you is that I hope to see gravity harnessed in my lifetime and feel it is going to be the next bold step in mankinds endevours.
