Wired calls him "The Linus Torvalds of Antigravity", but NASA still won't return his calls. Since the birth of American Antigravity in 2002, Tim has been featured on a multitude of television networks, such as Nippon TV and the BBC, as well as extensively covered in print by sources as diverse as Wired Magazine and Jane's Defense Weekly.

Dr. Gennady Shipov on Torsion Physics & Inertial Propulsion

Last month, Dr. Gennady Shipov unveiled a new inertial propulsion drive developed by Russian inventor Vladimir Tolchin, adding to a growing body of Inertial Propulsion & Torsion-Physics research revisiting the basics of mechanical off-center rotators. He joins us to talk about several of the leading contenders in Russian inertial-drive technology, including a device by Valery Menshikov scheduled for testing this year by the Russian Space Agency...

"In the Descartesian mechanics model, any movement is considered rotation - even linear motion, because it occurs in curved space. This is obviously the case in cosmology, where a planet's linear motion in the curved space of the sun's gravity-well forms a stable circular orbit. This principle provides us with the opportunity generate net propulsive force with innovative mechanical systems. The invention we demonstrated by Tolchin is such a system...

The propulsive force in the Tolchin device originates from inertial force, which in Descartesian mechanics are generated by Ricci torsion fields (four types of inertial forces are now known). It's well known that inertial forces don't obey Newton's third law of motion -- therefore these forces operate inside of an isolated mechanical system to move the center of mass. Even to this day, many scientists trained in the traditional laws of Newtonian mechanics have difficulty accepting this fact.

It's well known that the bulk magnetic properties of various materials are substantially defined by spin of electrons. In turn, the spin of those electrons is connected with a mechanical rotation that generates a torsion field. Therefore, in magnetic materials where the electron spins are mostly aligned, the magnetic field emanating from the material always has accompanying it torsion field. This phenomenon is deeply rooted in the theory of torsion fields and can only be understood in view of this theory.

I think that the time has come for both the United States and Russia to set competition aside and focus on collaborative & cooperative endeavors to overcome the challenges that face all of us in the 21st century. Today's social & scientific challenges have a global impact, and the solutions of tomorrow will benefit the whole of humanity as a result." - Dr. Gennady Shipov

Well yes. Obviously military technology is always far ahead of public general thinking. This technology was developed and actively used mainly by soviets for their cosmostrategy space vehicles called Cosmospheres from 1980. For more info see Dr. Beter Audioletters. http://www.peterdavidbeter.com
    Very interesting reading indeed.

    regards

what's so special about off center rotation? Inertial forces do not exist, they appear as a consequence of a weakness in Newton's theory of motion. What are torsion fields?

    Hear Hear!

It's about time some cooperation between Americans and the Russians came about.

The publications scientist american, and science.
are both famous for putting complicated terms and ideas into the common man's language.
the articles i have read on you website are engaging, and If I have 6 to 8 months of my life to donate to check out these formulas, I might even have understood what you wrote.
is there any way to discribe your drive in slightly over simplified terms? so that while one couldn't build the mechanism in their back yard, might understand the basic underlying systems behind it?

    Hello,
I work with a french engineer who patented an inertial propulsion process last year. You can find the presentation of his process at

In short, I "Sativarg F. Millenious" have come to believe that Gravity is not a force. I believe that gravity is the result of dense NRG accelerating into N-TRO-P at a rate that is directly proportional to the density of a "mass" and to the availability of "empty(MT) space" around that "mass".

One of the consequences of my obsession was a reevaluation of the factor G in the Gravity equation. I believe this "fudge factor" is actually a functional representation of the ratio of NRG to N-TRO-P in the local area described by the equation in question.

I am also aware that if what I believe is true; An alternate state of being is a place where mass is decelerating inward at a rate that is directly proportional to the density of the NRG in that mass and inversely to the density of NRG surrounding that mass.

Perspective: Item x at T1 reflects light. At T2 I see x at Vol-t1. I am at Vol-t2. I perceive x to be a size that is inversely proportional to DELTA-T

Magnetism: A body is organized in a way such that its acceleration is no longer omnidirectional. It therefore has relative acceleration. Relative acceleration is not readily perceptible in the absence of another so organized body.

    1. a magnetized body absorbs more "MT" space on one surface than another thus polarity
    2. " accelerates in all directions but due to its atomic organisation this acceleration is relative.

A bow wave of {depleted "N_TRO_P"} or {a lack of"MT' space} exists around all units of matter.
    Buoyancy Well DA?
Electricity is due to the relative acceleration of densely packed units of nrg that are organised in a way that results in relative acceleration in only one direction. Due to spin frequency, a given packet of NRG can be either Neutral, Proton or Electron. All NRG must expand and absorb NtroP. the direction of this expansion is determined by the availability of NtroP and the orientation of the NRG packet to its axis of spin....
    ETC.

Why does a pound of feathers occupy a volume that seems to be stable in comparison to the volume of a pound of bricks? A: Infinity2 = 2infinity2

How fast is the surface of an expanding body moving away from its centre if the expansion is accelerating and started in the beginning?

    Does Infinity2 = 2infinity2?

Of course, I am functionally insane. The beauty of this complexity can not be that simple.

How about gravity as the local inverse field (equal and opposite reaction) to the expansion of spacetime?

I always thought of inertia as something to be overcome in a propulsion system. Very innovative.

The energy needed to create the torsion field will be greater than the energy/force produced. Inertial energy relies on sustained momentum thus any power curve is pretty meaningless. Toss in what is needed to generate a magnetic bottle of any practical size and you couldn't move a vehicle so equipped anywhere but downhill.

IOW, it will never work except in a physicist's best dreams.

I am aware of a invention, tested in California, described as an extremely powerful, rocket-driven top. The device was about 3 feet in diameter and housed in a concrete bunker with thick glass to view experiments. The experiments were conducted sometime in the 90's. Does anyone know anything about this project?

THE numeral equation design of 'INERTIAL PROPULSION''
put the russian version of space equations, space
flight and data gathering on all aspect of deepest
of space light years beyond the united states in space
exploration and technology, but both are too stupid to
    realize the benefits.

WHAT is the value of mass universal equations of propulsion if the two leading space programs avoiid
    it,despite abundance of logic.

I have had the concept in mind since about the late 1980"s.I constructed a version of what I describe as a Mechanical Inertial Thruster.I tried three varieties of mechanism, and two are functional in terms of actual thrust effect on a table-top(a smooth, flat surface)(not a case of an accidental movement due to vibration on a slope)I have a fourth in mind which I believe will be more effective, and so on.What I have are tinkerings made up of HO model train componants-Essentially,two counter-rotating discs, directing force within a small V-shaped portion of a 360 degree rotation.a second version with counter-rotating dual assemblies consisting of arms resembling the "Grass-hopper" rig of oil well lift pumps, which in fact was the source of the second concept with a little modification.I consider much refinement and variances possible and will continue to work on the idea.I would like to reach the efficiencv point of going airborn.Let me know if anything new developes.
