Wired calls him "The Linus Torvalds of Antigravity", but NASA still won't return his calls. Since the birth of American Antigravity in 2002, Tim has been featured on a multitude of television networks, such as Nippon TV and the BBC, as well as extensively covered in print by sources as diverse as Wired Magazine and Jane's Defense Weekly. Inventors Warren York and Mike Windell conducted a series of experiments involving a high-frequency/high-voltage cold-plasma beam that resulted in a series of materials-effects and time-dilation anomalies that resemble the Hutchison Effect. This photo-documentary of their experiment details their research efforts & experimental apparatus.

The photos clearly display horizontal striations in color that York & Windell attribute to resonant scalar standing-waves inside of the test chamber. Additionally, they've provided a series of closeup photos showing a quartz crystal that underwent profound molecular changes, including a partial putty-like jellification of one section of crystal, and a hardening of another profound enough to actually cut diamond!
The experiments documented in this file also resulted in a number of time-dilation and materials effects described by York, Windell, and associate Andy McQuerry in a series of audio interviews conducted by Tim Ventura. York believes that they are explainable by his his extension of Einstein's Theory of Relativity to include relativistic time-dilation on the electron-scale. He has described his new model in a Unified Field Theory which also describes a new model of the electron called the YGEM (York-Geier Electron Model), which he co-developed with associate Charlotte Geier.
