Since the birth of American Antigravity in 2002, Tim has been featured on a multitude of television networks, such as Nippon TV and the BBC, as well as extensively covered in print by sources as diverse as Wired Magazine and Jane's Defense Weekly. The birth of the new millennium saw a sea-change in alt-science, as the community migrated from a rag-tag collection of annual conferences to the easy accessibility of Yahoo Groups and a few notable mailing-lists. These forums in many ways helped define American Antigravity, and thus it's worth listing our participation in the key groups that defined the open-source Antigravity movement...
The Lifter phenomenon exploded into the newsgroups in 2002, swelling enrollment in JLN-Labs from tens to thousands of members – many of whom founding websites & newsgroups of their own. This 6-page documentary guides you through 4 years of newsgroups from our perspective - some of them before the Lifter revolution, and many that it later inspired. Some of them date back to the 90's, and others are scarcely a year old: all of them, however, helped shape the open-source Antigravity community in one sense or another.
