Breakthrough Hydrogen Technology

Welding with water? This Fox-26 news footage shows inventor Dennis Klein using a novel form of electrolysis to produce a gas with some unique properties. Klein's gas, or H-H-O, burns through a process of molecular sublimation in which the temperatue of the flame depends on the material it contacts. Is this the beginning of a new revolution in hydrogen technology?

Klein's company, Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc, is leveraging this new production technique for the H2O 2000 series welder -- a cutting torch with some very unique properties. The claim is that Klein's gas, which is produced by an electrolysis technique, burns through a process of molecular sublimation, meaning that the temperature of the flame depends on the material that it comes into contact with.

For instance, the Klein's gas itself burns at a baseline temperature of 259 degrees F, meaning that you can pass your hand through it without getting burned -- however, put the same flame on a hardened-steel ball-bearing, and the metal becomes molten in less than 3 seconds. Still not convinced? Klein's other experiments have included cutting through tungsten like butter & melting pieces of firebrick. The temperature of the flame as it contacts these materials reportedly exceeds 10,000 degrees F, demonstrating the versatility of this gas for a number of applications.

This looks very similar to browns gas and the process that has been refined by people like G Wiseman. http://www.eagle-research.com/browngas/machine/ers...

Mr. Klein, I commend you on your brillant innovation. Well done. The world could use more creative thinkers like yourself. Good luck with your patents.

Fox 45 News didn't cover this story in depth, which they should have done. Their journalism was too brief. George Wiseman at Eagle Research in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada has had this type of technology for years. George has also been producing Browns Gas electrolyzers for years, long before Denny Klein came on to the scene. George has never patented his work, he has made it open source.

Thank you Denny Stein!!!! I hope our govt. will get us off oil dependancy & gasolene ASAP! This makes one for John Q. Public.

Magical welding gas -- perhaps. Running your car with hydrogen gas -- perhaps. Running your car with hydrogen gas produced by a hydrolysis machine forever -- no. A fuel cell cannot operate with efficiency greater than the inverse of electrolysis; any such device would violate the second law of thermodynamics. In other words, all of that power is coming from the electricity going into that hydrolysis device; and is bound to that source. All that this is accomplishing is making the energy produced by fossil fuels less efficient.

I was wondering if you use saltwater and if the two gases are oxygen and hydrogen gas from electrolysis. And which side produces Hydrogen protons or neutrons.

Mr Klein,
Is the water being used( distilled or evaporated from saltwater, almost the same,
also is the welder ac or dc millivolts from a stepdown transformer and is there a hydrogen drier used and how many inch pounds regulater used,. thank you for your time, KEN

why there is nothing on this after june 2006?

As I read the comments I am always shocked to see the scientific minds poo pooing this technology as being more difficult to use than it is worth. I have been to Hydrogen Technology Applications, seen the gas work exactly as stated been in the car and seen it work as well. It is all real! Who cares if you have to upgrade your alternator in order to generat the HHO gas if you are getting 25-50% better gass milage. Everything Mr. Klien says he can do......he can! I have seen it with my own eyes.

This is just Brown's Gas developed by Mr. Yull Brown a Bulgarian Scientist. The Chinese stole technology and sold the first generators. Mr. George Wiseman a Canadian Engineer refined the poorly made chinese machines and now sells a line of WaterTorches at Watertorch.com. Now, this Mr. Klein is trying to reap the rewards by a patent in the USA. I am researching this for my company considering buying a WaterTorch to replace Propane/Oxygen Brazing Torches. It appears the WaterTorch is 6 times more efficient when brazing using Propane/Oxygen but I will request a test period whereas to determine the savings in a real world environment.

in responce to comment #5 running a car on a hydrolysis machine alone is not posible but a hydrogen/solar hybrid is very possible. even on a cloudy day the solar panels can easily power a hydrolysis machine.

"Molecular sublimation"..huh??

Flame recognizes the material and burns at a temperature of the melting point of the material.

Where do you guys come up with such personification of gases and who allows you?

Please do not spread such exotic imaginative ideas that logic and truth.

ok 1st off this is not a new idea this is the same thang the old time talked about back in the 50's...ol and lets not forget Stanley Meyer's io would say to him good job but he is dead 3weeks after tellin our so called good gov.....if i gets to work as well i'm not sayin shit to anyone

This is good. I saw some comments about perpetual motion... those posters are confused. The idea here is you have to ADD WATER, just like you have to ADD FUEL to your car. Use SALT WATER because there's plenty of that. Actually it will be interesting to see salt water bottling companies popping up along the coasts once this gets popular.

George wiseman has written about this long ago and is public information which isnt patentable under the law of patents. Fox news should do more research before reporting things and like most news, they tell 1/2 the story
