Welding with water? This Fox-26 news footage shows inventor Dennis Klein using a novel form of electrolysis to produce a gas with some unique properties. Klein's gas, or H-H-O, burns through a process of molecular sublimation in which the temperatue of the flame depends on the material it contacts. Is this the beginning of a new revolution in hydrogen technology?
Klein's company, Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc, is leveraging this new production technique for the H2O 2000 series welder -- a cutting torch with some very unique properties. The claim is that Klein's gas, which is produced by an electrolysis technique, burns through a process of molecular sublimation, meaning that the temperature of the flame depends on the material that it comes into contact with.
For instance, the Klein's gas itself burns at a baseline temperature of 259 degrees F, meaning that you can pass your hand through it without getting burned -- however, put the same flame on a hardened-steel ball-bearing, and the metal becomes molten in less than 3 seconds. Still not convinced? Klein's other experiments have included cutting through tungsten like butter & melting pieces of firebrick. The temperature of the flame as it contacts these materials reportedly exceeds 10,000 degrees F, demonstrating the versatility of this gas for a number of applications.

Is the water being used( distilled or evaporated from saltwater, almost the same,
also is the welder ac or dc millivolts from a stepdown transformer and is there a hydrogen drier used and how many inch pounds regulater used,. thank you for your time, KEN
Flame recognizes the material and burns at a temperature of the melting point of the material.
Where do you guys come up with such personification of gases and who allows you?
Please do not spread such exotic imaginative ideas that logic and truth.
