It sounds like Podkletnov’s back in the lab, and we’ve got a few notes on the latest research from innovator Robert Neil Boyd, who recently spent some time exchanging email with Podkletnov on the force-beam experiment and some additional work measuring the speed of the beam as it propogates through space.
“Podkletnov realized that the "gravity-like" beam emanating from the superconducting disk, when it was impacted by a high-powered electrical pulse, was proceeding superluminally, as was the "back-acting" beam which proceeded from the opposite side of the disk. Based on my understanding of gravitation and the properties of the media, I asked Podkletnov if they had observed any time delay between the gravity-like beam and the back-acting beam, saying that I expected that a time delay would occur in that situation. He excitedly responded that indeed they had observed a time delay between the gravity-like beam and the back-acting beam. He said they had seen it, but hadn't thought much about it, until my question. Then he asked me how I came to predict the time delay, since no existing body of theoretical physics could predict the observed behavior. I responded with my "vacuum compensation effect", an aether entrainment theory which not only allows for such delays, but actually predicts them.
Podkletnov informed me that they had also observed the fascinating event of laser beams being carried along with the gravity-like beam, being physically displaced from their normal path of propagation, as they attempted to pass through the space where the gravity-like beam was propagating.
(In other words, the laser is expected to hit here on the wall. Instead, when the gravity-like beam intersects the path of the laser, it shows up over there on the wall.)
Repeated observations of this event informed them that the gravity-like beam was propagating superluminally. Podkletnov subsequently asked my help in developing and instrumentation package which would be capable of measuring the observed FTL propagations with a greater degree of accuracy.
I designed an optical apparatus that would magnify the deflection of the laser, based on a front-surface parabolic lens inserted in the expected path of the laser. The greater the velocity of the gravity-like beam, the larger would be the deflection of the laser beam, as it bounced off the parabolic surface. Podkletnov informed me that the team did not have sufficient monetary resources to implement this approach, so he and his team decided to go on a time based measurement approach.
Subsequently he asked me if I knew of any laser measurement devices capable of measuring time intervals in the pico-second regime. After some research, I sent him the URL of a company which produces a laser measuring system which develops a time measurement accuracy in the femto-second domain. Podkletnov was well pleased by this alternative time-based form of measuring the FTL displacements of the laser, as it passed through the gravity-like beam.
We haven't spoken for awhile, but I am sure he is making progress, all of which will be direct evidence in support of the LaPlacian model of gravitation, which is a superluminal subquantum aether theory, published by the Marquis De LaPlace in about 1853. At this point, it is clear to me how to apply the LaPlacian model for gravitation to construct a levitating vehicle, of the sort illustrated in the "Star Wars" movies.
This technique is based on studies of the various materials associated with known gravitational anomalies, which strongly indicate that differing materials offer differing resistances to the passage of the interstellar superluminal sub-quantum aether bombardment which is the actual cause of gravitation.
Proper juxtapostion of the proper materials will cause the gravitational flux to pass from the vertically downward direction, into the horizontal direction. Proceeding from this success, it is easy to divert the gravitational flux another 90 degrees, to the vertically upward direction and obtain a levitating craft that does not require any manner of externally applied power to maintain its floating position. The power of gravitation is ceaselessly available, and easily put to the task described. This vehicle will neither fall, nor rise beyond a certain distance above the earth. (This technique will not work properly in interstellar space, lacking the requisite proximity to a massive body.)
Therefore, this apparatus will exhibit a fuel-free motion along a horizontal path, and eventually, simultaneous fuel-free levitation ability. There is a great deal of work to be done studying the resistance of various materials to the passage of the interstellar subquantum superluminal aether flux responsible for gravity, before this project can be successfully implemented. But we're far enough along, that I can say with confidence, success in this endeavor is absolutely inevitable. (No big deal really. Just a levitating vehicle. Next we want to conquer FTL travel. I'm afraid that will take a bit more effort and expense.)
Aether theory is the physics which precedes all other physical observables. All the forces, all matter, even Life Itself, and Consciousness, are preceded by and involved with, activities in the subquantum aether. Aether theory is the "covering theory" for all existing physics theory. Relativity theory, quantum mechanics, classical mechanics, and the Maxwell equations, are all situational special cases, secondary activities resulting from the primary aether activities.”
