In the Heim theory, the field mass gives rise to a second gravitational field, whose relation to the first is very similar to the relation between magnetic and electric fields. This second fieldis called "mesofield". In free space the two fields are orthogonal to each other. In result we get a set of equations governing the two dissimilar gravitational fields quite analogous to those describing the electromagnetic fields. The same was done by Jefimenko if I recall correctly. So Jefimenko's co-gravitational field is identical to Heim's mesofield. Murad from STAIF often cites the work of Jefimenko and Dyatlov.
But the Heim theory covers the basic Heaviside approach and extends it to higher dimensions (5th and 6th) which are associated with organizational properties. x5 is a coordinate designating the degree of organization of a sytem. When entropy is a measure of disorganization and can be expressed in terms of a logarithm of the probability that the system is in a certain organizational state, then the 5th coordinate expresses the opposite of disorganization, hence it is measured in units of the negative logarithm of aprobability, multiplied by a constant giving it the dimension oflength.
In contrast to other modern theories, Heim's extra dimensions are not space-like or compactified etc. They only describe what Bohm called the hidden order. So they are the hidden parameters. You have your 3 space dimensions and further 3 inclusive time. So we have 6 world directions. It reminds me of the Seal of Solomon.
So what other like Dyatlov, Jefimenko etc are missing is a correct mathematical model or logics for the hidden order.
Furthermore, the complete Heim theory is even 12D having 6 mirror dimensions. Nobody knows what they really represent. Most physicists have already difficulties to understand the 6D or 8D simplification.
