De Aquino Article
After
over 3 months of research, American Antigravity's Tim Ventura
has completed the most comprehensive article on the De Aquino
Gravitational-Shielding experiments to date. This article
follows the System-H design and the credibility issues that
have surrounded it to capture the story in a unique and
in-depth manner. click

De Aquino Research Overview
Professor
Fran De Aquino's work in gravitational shielding is based
on research presented in "Aristotle was Right: heavier
objects fall faster", by Professors J.F. Donoghue and
B.R. Holstein (known as the DHR research by physicists).
The DHR theory suggests that gravitational and inertial
mass are not equal for any temperature above absolute 0
degrees Kelvin. Fran De Aquino's research is based on generalizing
their research to apply to not just thermal energy, but
all forms of electromagnetic absorption, which he then applied
to the question of whether this theory could assist with
the design of an ELF-gravitational shield.
De
Aquino was very active in working on an experiment to validate
his theory until November 2001, when he went silent. His
silence is all the more intriguing because it coincides
with the publication of his claim that he achieved a gravitational-shielding
effect that generated an excess of 220 pounds of force.
Critics
of De Aquino's work have suggested that perhaps he is trying
to distance himself from the gravitational-shielding experiments,
as newer research by Barton and others is casting doubt
on the DHR experiment, which is the basis for De Aquino's
theory.
A
rumor has been circling that claims that De Aquino did conduct
his experiment successfully, and that the Brazilian government
might have classified his work. There is some circumstantial
evidence to support this, in the form of a paper entitled
"Socio-economical effects of the introduction of Gravitational
control". This document was written in Nov 2001, which
coincides with De Aquinos experimental schedule, and the
author is claimed to be "Paulo Vicente" -- supposedly
a captain in the Brazilian Military's special-weapons research
division.
Recent
information from September 2002 suggests that De Aquino
created a video-tape of his experimentats and mailed it
to the SEAS-Power energy-research company in the United
States. This evidence is currently being pursued to see
if it may be useful in determining whether or not the De
Aquino experiment is a valid gravitational-shielding device.
How Does System-H Work?
System-H
utilizes a principle of ELF wave propagation through an
iron medium to create a gravitational shielding effect,
and requires a round, hollow iron sphere to improve the
absorption of wave-energy radiated from an internally-mounted
dipole antenna.
The
experimental results for the System-H apparatus indicate
that a current value of 20 amperes at a frequency of 9.9
millihertz is sufficient to generate -40kG of weight on
a 60kG ball -- a total force of 100kG, or over 220 pounds!
