Aerospace engineer Gary Stephenson joins us to talk about Heim Theory, the Gerstenstein Effect, and a variety of potential methods of gravity control and the generation of propulsive thrust via High-Frequency Gravity Wave technologies. Stephenson has published extensively on this for the STAIF Conference, and done considerable research into several possible technologies to enable large-scale gravity control.
