A discussion with Paul Murad, organizer of the notorious ‘Section-F’ of the STAIF Conference, dealing with gravity & breakthrough propulsion physics. The STAIF Conference has become the premiere venue for gravity research, and includes dozens of authors annually with a focus on High-Frequency Gravity-Waves & BPP. Murad’s role is to organize the dozens of papers on breakthrough propulsion physics submitted to each conference as well as coordinate the peer-review by various scientists & physicists.
